1. What you are buying
The optional unlock on Beat My Bracket is a one-time digital purchase. It immediately enables leaderboard visibility, your display name on the public board, live rank and percentile, and a RANKED badge on your card. This is a vanity feature only - not a contest entry, prize, or wagering product.
2. Digital delivery
Access is delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation. There is no physical product and no shipping involved.
3. Refund eligibility
Because the unlock is a digital good that is fulfilled immediately, all sales are generally final once the unlock is applied to your bracket.
We will issue a refund if:
- Payment was successful but your bracket was not unlocked due to a technical error on our side (contact us with your bracket ID and Razorpay payment ID)
- You were charged twice for the same bracket unlock by mistake
- Payment was made in error and the unlock was never activated - reported within 48 hours
4. Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not provided when:
- The unlock was successfully applied and you appear on the leaderboard
- You changed your mind after purchase
- Your bracket score or rank changed as tournament results were updated
- You entered an incorrect display name (contact us - we may help update it, but this is not a refund case)
5. How to request a refund
Email support@beatmybracket.com within 7 days of payment with:
- Your bracket ID (e.g. WC26-XXXX)
- Razorpay payment ID or order ID
- Date and amount paid
- Brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a payment dispute, please contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks for successfully delivered digital unlocks may result in removal from the leaderboard.
