Beat My Bracket is a free web-based knockout bracket game for football fans. Fill all 31 knockout picks from the Round of 32 through the champion, receive a shareable ticket-style card with a unique bracket ID, and challenge friends via link. An optional one-time paid unlock adds a display name to the public leaderboard, live rank, percentile, and a RANKED badge. This is a vanity unlock only - no prizes, no payouts, no pay-to-win.

## How it works

1. Tap the team that advances in each knockout matchup (31 picks total).
2. Get a ticket card with champion pick, "My Final", dark horse, biggest upset, and bracket ID.
3. Share `/b/{id}` - friends see your picks and can fill their own bracket.
4. Optionally pay once to appear on `/leaderboard` with live score-based rank.

## Scoring

Points are awarded when a picked team actually advances past that round (admin-entered results):

- Round of 32 → R16: 10 pts
- Round of 16 → QF: 20 pts
- Quarter-final → SF: 40 pts
- Semi-final → Final: 80 pts
- Final (correct champion): 160 pts

Rank order: score descending, then earliest bracket creation time.
